How can your business or organization get a booth at the Eaton County Expo?
Simply fill-out the appropriate application and return it by April 10th, 2020.
Booth Space Includes:
• 10×10 or 10×8 space
• Electricity (provided free within 25 ft. of vendors located in the dome. No electricity is provided for vendors outside of the dome.)

Exhibitor Move-In Schedule:
Friday, April 17th 7pm – 9pm
Saturday, April 18th 7am – 9am
Exhibitor Move-Out Schedule:
Sunday, April 19th, starting ONLY after the
show ends at 3 pm.

All applications, payments, and proof of liability insurance must be received by April 8, 2019.
Parking will be on the south side of the High School.
Exhibit Space Fees:
Discounted booth prices for members of an Eaton County Chamber of Commerce & Locals In Business, Inc. Members.
Prior Chamber Membership is not a requirement. You are entitled to the discounted price if you join the Chamber of Commerce at the same time as you register for your booth. (Verification will be obtained)
Participants are required to provide an Acord Certificate of Liability Insurance. This covers liability for exhibit contents, personnel and show guests within the exhibit space. The certificate must include the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce as additional insured. The insurance limits should be a minimum of $300,000 per occurrence for property damage and bodily injury. Exhibitors will be required to have proof of insurance before Move-In. NO EXCEPTIONS!
