How can your business or organization get a booth at the Eaton County Expo?
Simply fill-out the appropriate application and return it by March 18th, 2023. (Late applications will be taken if space is available, additional fees may apply)
Exhibition Building Booth Space Includes:
• 8×8, 10×8, or 10×10 space
• Electricity (provided free within 25 ft. of vendors located in the building. There is very limited electricity available outside the building.)
ONLY 1 Business Per Booth
Exhibitor Move-In Schedule:
Friday, April 21st 9am – 6pm
Saturday, April 22nd 7am – 9am
Exhibitor Move-Out Schedule:
Sunday, April 23rd, starting ONLY after the
show ends at 3 pm.

All applications, payments, and proof of liability insurance must be received by April 10, 2022.
Parking areas will be identified for vendors with your Welcome Package.
Exhibit Space Fees:
Only members of an Eaton County Chamber of Commerce or Locals In Business, Inc. qualify to use the Eaton County Chamber Member Application which have discounted rates.
Prior Chamber Membership is not a requirement. You are entitled to the discounted price if you join the Chamber of Commerce at the same time as you register for your booth. (Verification will be obtained)
Food Vendors, Nonprofit Organizations, Craft Vendors, and Farmers Market Vendors should use the appropriate application.
Pricing is included in each application package.
Participants are required to provide an Acord Certificate of Liability Insurance. This covers liability for exhibit contents, personnel and show guests within the exhibit space. The certificate must include the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce as additional insured. The insurance limits should be a minimum of $300,000 per occurrence for property damage and bodily injury. Exhibitors will be required to have proof of insurance before Move-In. NO EXCEPTIONS!
